In extrusion, the dies needed to make each profile are prepared for placement on the press. We work closely with only the best matrix manufacturers in the industry and with high quality matrix correction tools.
Matrices for aluminum profiles
The matrices are nitrided with the latest generation nitriding machine.
All phases of the process - purification, heating, nitriding and cooling are performed in a continuous cycle.
Each batch of aluminum blanks comes with its own certificate of inspection and declaration of conformity, as well as laboratory analysis indicating the exact ratio of the chemical composition.
